Manuscript Preparation
Authors must prepare manuscripts in accordance with the following guidelines to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with the journal’s standards. Manuscripts not adhering to these requirements may be returned for revision before entering the review process.
Language & Originality
- Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English or Indonesian (depending on the journal’s policy).
- Only original works that have not been published or are not under consideration elsewhere will be accepted.
- Any reused material (figures, tables, text) must be properly cited and, where necessary, accompanied by permission from the copyright holder.
File Format & Submission
- Acceptable formats: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx), OpenOffice, or RTF.
- File must follow the provided journal template.
- Manuscripts should have a length of 5,000–8,000 words including references, tables, and figures.
General Formatting
- Paper size: A4; Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing.
- Use italics rather than underlining, except for URLs.
- All tables and figures must be placed within the text at the appropriate points, not at the end.
- Citation and reference style: APA 7th Edition.
Manuscript Structure
- Title Page: Title, author(s) details, affiliation(s), email, ORCID (if available).

Tables & Figures
- Number sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
- Table titles appear above the table; figure captions appear below the figure.
- Ensure clarity, resolution, and proper citation if reproduced from other sources.
Ethics & Similarity Check
- Include an ethical clearance statement if human/animal subjects are involved.
- All manuscripts will be screened for similarity using Turnitin/iThenticate; similarity index must be below 20% (excluding references and standard methodology).
By following these guidelines and using the official journal template, authors can improve the efficiency of the review process and increase the likelihood of acceptance.
