Articles Processing Charge

The Ecovisi Journal of Engineering & Technological Science (EJETS) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing while ensuring open access to all published articles.

Submission Fee
There is no fee for manuscript submission or initial review.

Article Publication Charge (APC)
Starting in 2025, accepted manuscripts will be subject to a publication fee of USD 30 (or equivalent in local currency) per article.

This fee covers operational costs, including:

  • Management of the peer-review process and editorial handling.
  • Online hosting and long-term digital archiving.
  • DOI registration for each article.
  • Layout and formatting in accordance with international publishing standards.

Important Notes

  • The APC is charged only for manuscripts accepted for publication.
  • Authors from low-income countries, early-career researchers, or those experiencing financial hardship may apply for a partial or full waiver. Waiver requests must be submitted to the Editorial Office via email or WhatsApp before the final acceptance stage.
  • APC payment does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts undergo a fair and unbiased peer-review process in accordance with COPE guidelines.
