The manuscript must include the following structured sections:

  1. Title
  2. Author’s name (without academic titles)
  3. Institutional affiliation
  4. Corresponding author’s email
  5. Abstract and Keywords
  6. Introduction
  7. Research Methodology
  8. Results and Discussion

Any manuscript found to contain plagiarism in any form will be rejected immediately. EJETS uses plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin or iThenticate.

Guidelines for Manuscript Content

Title
The title should be concise, clear, and informative, not exceeding 12 words. It must reflect the core content of the article and avoid uncommon abbreviations. The title should be in 18 pt bold, justified, and capitalized only for the first word and proper nouns.

Abstract
The abstract should be between 150–250 words, written in Palatino Linotype 9 pt, and must include the research objectives, methods, results, conclusion, and optionally, limitations. Provide 3–5 keywords, arranged alphabetically.

Introduction
The introduction should briefly explain the background, literature review, research gap, research questions, and objectives. The novelty and contribution of the study must be clearly stated at the end of this section.

Research Methodology
This section should explain the research design, data sources, instruments, procedures, and analysis methods in detail. For engineering studies, specify any tools, software, or experimental setups used (e.g., MATLAB, ANSYS, SolidWorks, etc.) if applicable. The methodology should be presented in a clear narrative format.

Results and Discussion
Present the results with supporting data, tables, and figures. Discuss the findings in relation to theoretical frameworks, previous studies, and the stated objectives. For engineering research, provide technical analysis, model validation, or prototype testing where relevant.

Conclusion
Summarize the key findings, answer the research questions or hypotheses, and include implications, limitations, and recommendations. Avoid repeating results verbatim.

References
All references must follow APA 7th Edition format. At least 80% of the references should be from primary sources (scientific journals) published within the last 10 years, with a minimum of 10 references.

Citation and Reference Management

All in-text citations and references must be managed using reference management software such as Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero. Proper citation practices must be followed to avoid plagiarism and maintain academic integrity.
