Manuscript Preparation

Manuscript Preparation

Authors are required to prepare manuscripts in accordance with the following guidelines to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with the journal’s standards. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be returned for revision before entering the peer-review process.

Language & Originality

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English or Indonesian (depending on the journal’s policy).
  • Only original works that have not been previously published and are not under consideration elsewhere will be accepted.
  • Any reused material (e.g., figures, tables, text) must be properly cited and, where necessary, accompanied by written permission from the copyright holder.

File Format & Submission

  • Accepted file formats: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx), OpenOffice, or RTF.
  • Manuscripts must follow the official journal template.
  • Recommended length: 5,000–8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

General Formatting

  • Paper size: A4; Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing.
  • Use italics instead of underlining, except for URLs.
  • All tables and figures must be placed within the main text at the appropriate locations, not at the end.
  • Citation and reference style: APA 7th Edition.

Manuscript Structure

  1. Title Page – Title, author(s) details, affiliation(s), email address, and ORCID (if available).
  2. Abstract – Maximum 250 words, followed by 4–6 keywords.
  3. Introduction – Research background, research gap, and objectives.
  4. Literature Review – Theoretical framework and relevant prior studies.
  5. Methodology – Research design, data collection, and analysis methods.
  6. Results – Key findings, supported with tables and/or figures.
  7. Discussion – Interpretation of findings in relation to the literature.
  8. Conclusion – Summary of findings, implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research.
  9. References – In accordance with APA 7th Edition.

Tables & Figures

  • Number sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
  • Table titles should be placed above the table; figure captions should be placed below the figure.
  • Ensure clarity, sufficient resolution, and proper citation if reproduced from other sources.

Ethics & Similarity Check

  • Include an ethical clearance statement if the study involves human or animal subjects.
  • All manuscripts will be screened using Turnitin or iThenticate. The maximum allowable similarity index is 20% (excluding references and standard methodological descriptions).

By following these guidelines and using the official journal template, authors can improve the efficiency of the review process and enhance the likelihood of acceptance.
